If there is an issue with the functions of the laptop or tablet hardware within the first 90 days that is not do to to blunt physical damage, liquid damage, excessive heat or abuse but normal use we will repair the item free of charge. Return shipping back to us will be paid by the purchaser. In the event the item cannot be repaired and meets the described criteria the purchaser may be eligible for item replacement.

If a Warranty was purchased and there is an issue with the normal functions of the laptop or tablet hardware within 1 Year that is not do to to blunt physical damage, liquid damage, excessive heat or abuse but normal wear we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Return shipping back to us will be paid by the purchaser.

Any issues with the Computer Diagnostic Software Activation, Loading and Normal Functions is covered by 2 Year free support including reinstalling, reactivating, and or troubleshooting program functionality on same laptop or tablet the software was originally installed.
